“LMO has launched The Tastemaker Series, a limited-time collaboration spotlighting five of Hong Kong’s most iconic culinary talents. Each month until September, a new partner will debut exclusive grab-and-go dishes, reinterpreting their signature flavours in a format designed for Central’s on-the- move crowd. This month will be Bar Leone. Mott 32 is also launching new elevated dishes, which I’m excited to check out. And after a seven-year hiatus, Cirque du Soleil’s Kooza is back.”

“One of my favourite restaurants is Big JJ Seafood Restaurant – they always have the best vibes, hearty soup bases and super fresh ingredients. Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden is a great place to go to immerse yourself in nature and learn about all the conservation work that they do. Support an old local business – King’s Slippers Company sells original Chinese embroidered slippers in the most beautiful styles.”

“I’m always looking forward to some R&R at Rosewood’s Asaya Lodges, which convey all the curated comforts of an ultra-residential, overnight stay at Rosewood within the tranquil and restorative setting of Asaya. Before it ends this month, I’ll also be checking out the Van Gogh Alive immersive art experience, which showcases over 3,000 multimedia recreations of the artist’s iconic works.”
