A fusion of innovative design and functionality marks the launch of a new ready-to-wear line, set to redefine urban fashion

MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon announced the launch of their first ready-to-wear collaboration, a testament to their shared commitment to innovative design. This capsule collection, divided into two distinct families – Gore-Tex and Seamless – features a minimalist aesthetic that marries MM6’s iconic styles with Salomon’s advanced activewear technology.

The collection showcases an urban wardrobe characterised by simple shapes and a signature nude palette, accented with bold black and white elements. Key pieces include fitted leggings crafted from stretch seamless technology, alongside easy-wear items like a basic trench coat and oversized button-down shirts made from breathable, water-repellent Gore-Tex fabric.

Footwear highlights include a reimagined version of the Salomon ACS PRO 2 running shoe, presented in sleek grey and matte black options. The CROSS LOW shoe also returns with fresh colourways, blending striking tones for a modern twist on trail-running footwear.

Designed as an all-gender collection, the line invites wearers to mix, match, and layer pieces that reflect the growing influence of activewear in everyday fashion. The MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon capsule will be available from 7 November on both brands’ e-commerce sites and select boutiques.
