On May 23, the Children’s Medical Foundation (CMF) hosted its 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the stunning Shek O Country Club, with #legend as a media sponsor. This year's edition was particularly special as the foundation celebrates its 30th anniversary, marking three decades of dedication to improving child healthcare across Asia.
The winning team of the 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament was comprised of James Tu, Xiaole Zhang, Alan Chen and Arjun Menon. First runner-up went to the team with Ed Huang, Don Lee, Greg Van, and Jing Van.

Besides the tournament, there was also a gala dinner. Both events surpassed last year's fundraising record, generating over HK$2.1 million, all of which will be dedicated to CMF and its flagship program, Every Baby Rescued.
This initiative aims to address the high neonatal mortality rates in rural China, providing critical support to families with seriously ill newborns. In 2025, the program expands to southeast Asia to meet urgent unmet needs. The funds will facilitate the expansion of this program and contribute to sustainable healthcare solutions to save even more lives.
Through its Every Baby Rescued program, CMF has made quite an impact. The organisation is currently treating 87,000 babies each year through their National Neonatal Network. To date, CMF has successfully established 102 Neonatal Intensive Care Units in 13 provinces in China. To date, CMF has trained 4,700 rural healthcare professionals and our mobile transport initiatives connect nearly 50,000 rural medical facilities, ensuring that vital care reaches those who need it most.
