"...Tiffany & Co. unveils its latest high jewellery collection for the year "Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder," a mesmerising exploration of the ocean’s timeless beauty and mystery. Officially launched on Friday, 25 April, in New York City, this extraordinary collection dives deep into the aquatic world to reinterpret the boundless inspiration found beneath the sea..."
Crafted under the artistic direction of Nathalie Verdeille, Chief Artistic Officer for Jewellery and High Jewellery at Tiffany & Co., the Sea of Wonder collection captures the fluidity, allure, and enigmatic nature of the ocean. With a vision rooted in both craftsmanship and imagination, each creation tells a story that celebrates the untamed spirit of marine life and the wonders that lie below the surface.
“Each piece in our latest Blue Book collection, Sea of Wonder, captivates and invites us to lose ourselves in the rich storytelling as we embark on a journey through uncharted realms of the deep sea. While each creation weaves a story of the ocean and its wonders, these extraordinary pieces also tell a broader narrative of the House’s love of pushing boundaries, our relentless pursuit of that which has never been done before, and the spirit of extraordinary savoir faire that has defined Tiffany & Co. since 1837. Drawing inspiration from Jean Schlumberger’s fascination with the sea, our House’s pioneering spirit endures, driving us to reinvent archival inspirations from a modern perspective.”

Furthermore, the Blue Book 2025 collection is divided into a series of thematic chapters, each offering a distinct perspective on marine life through exceptional craftsmanship and imaginative storytelling. Including, Ocean Flora opens the collection with delicate interpretations of underwater botanicals. Highlights include a necklace set with vibrant Zambian emeralds that appear to float above a bed of dazzling diamonds, evoking an aquatic garden. Seahorse draws from the iconic 1968 Schlumberger brooch, reimagined with modern artistry. Crafted from moonstones, zircons, and sapphires, the pieces feature lively colours and textures that breathe life into this mythical sea creature.
Sea Turtle features sculpted gold and diamond patterns, with a standout pendant that transforms into a brooch, symbolising the turtle’s journey from shore to sea, masterfully shaped shell by shell by Tiffany’s artisans. Starfish is a radiant reinterpretation of the classic starfish form, glistening like a constellation. The pieces dazzle with Mozambique rubies, 18K yellow gold, rose-cut diamonds, and pavé-set stones, all cut with exquisite precision to create multi-dimensional jewellery sculptures.
Urchin, inspired by the intricate geometry of sea urchins, revives the 19th-century Paillonné enamel technique. The result is a spiny yet refined surface that shimmers with iridescent marine hues. Lastly, Wave closes the series with a dramatic sculptural necklace that pays tribute to the power and motion of ocean waves. Adorned with diamonds and over 17 carats of cuprian elbaite and bright blue tourmalines, the design echoes the fluid elegance of Schlumberger’s legendary Leaves necklace.
Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder is more than a jewellery collection, but a celebration of Tiffany & Co.’s enduring devotion to artistic excellence, innovation, and respect for the natural world. Each piece is a testament to the maison’s ability to transform the mysterious depths of the sea into wearable works of art. By honouring nature’s hidden treasures, Tiffany invites us to reimagine beauty through a lens of wonder, discovery, and timeless creativity.
