On 6th June, the plaza at ONE BANGKOK PARK was transformed into a landmark of inspiration, celebrating the 115th anniversary of L’Oréal Paris, the global beauty brand known for championing the message “Because you’re worth it.” This year’s event was a full sensory experience, visually stunning and emotionally stirring, bringing together iconic women and rising voices of Thailand to deliver a shared message of self-worth and empowerment.

A runway not only of beauty, but of bold confidence

Taking centre stage were five iconic faces of L’Oréal Paris, each representing strength, individuality and timeless style: Chompoo Araya A. Hargate, L’Oréal Paris Spokesperson and a beacon of unshakable confidence; Nychaa Nuttanicha Dungwattanawanich and Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak, radiant ambassadors who light up every stage; Becky Rebecca Patricia Armstrong, Friend of L’Oréal Paris Makeup and a role model for an entire generation of Thai youth; and Madame Pang Nualphan Lamsam, unveiled as the new face of L’Oréal Paris Revitalift, proving that age is never a limit to feminine power.

‘Because I’m Worth It’: 115 Years of Empowerment

Guests were also invited to step into an exclusive exhibition celebrating the legacy of the iconic slogan “Because I’m Worth It”, which has remained a rallying cry for self-belief and representation for over 50 years. The exhibition featured historical campaign footage and advertising from both France and Thailand, giving visitors a rare look behind the scenes of a movement that challenged stereotypes and redefined beauty in media. It offered a deeper understanding that beauty today is multifaceted, it cannot and should not be defined by a single standard.

One of the most moving moments of this year’s Worth It event was the gathering of trailblazing individuals whose presence redefined what it means to be beautiful. The line-up included:Lukkade Metinee Kingpayome, Yoshi Rinrada, Boom Panadda, Tennis Panipak, Yo Tassawan, Eed Duangjai, and Duangdao Charuchinda,  together forming a chorus of voices that boldly declared: “You don’t need to be like anyone else, you, exactly as you are, are already enough.”

Mr Romain Weber, Brand General Manager of L’Oréal Paris Thailand, summed it up perfectly: “We strive to be more than just a cosmetics brand, we are a force for empowerment. We want everyone to see their own worth and to believe in their power to shine.”
