But this revival isn’t just the reopening of a bar, it’s a reinvention. Wasteland’s new home has been envisioned as an immersive hub for creativity, knowledge sharing, and environmental responsibility. Spread across multiple floors, the space includes a craft-forward cocktail bar on the second floor, a development lab on the third, and a rooftop now being transformed into a composting and future rooftop garden area.

At the heart of Wasteland’s comeback is its latest concept menu, World Wild Waste, a three-part narrative “World, Wild, and Waste,” featuring seven cocktails per section. Each creation highlights different dimensions of sustainability: from repurposing surplus food waste and elevating overlooked local ingredients to foraged and rare natural elements. Intriguing drinks like Dys Century, Ant-idote, Fossil Fuel, and Morning After Espresso challenge conventional perceptions of what cocktail ingredients can be. Whether it’s cacao husks, red ant eggs, crab shells or coffee pulp, Wasteland turns waste into wonder.

To minimise leftover waste and offer a more exploratory experience, the bar offers a Tasting Serve option for every cocktail. This encourages guests to try multiple flavours while being mindful of quantity and sustainability. Beyond cocktails, Wasteland will also serve alcohol-free beverages, locally distilled spirits, and seasonal collaborations that echo the essence of Thai culinary culture through a sustainable lens.

This new chapter of Wasteland Bangkok represents more than just a physical space, it is a growing community platform. With its deep commitment to sustainability, collaboration, and social impact, the team hopes to connect people, producers, creators, and thinkers from both Thailand and beyond, creating a shared future through meaningful drink experiences.
