The Louis Vuitton Tambour Convergence is a testament to the Maison's exceptional watchmaking prowess. Entirely crafted in-house at Louis Vuitton's Geneva ateliers, this timepiece presents an innovative display featuring sculpted guichets, inspired by natural and decorative motifs drawn from the Louis Vuitton family home in Asnières. Offered in both rose gold and platinum, the platinum version is encrusted with 795 snow-set diamonds, while the gold variant develops a unique patina over time. At its heart, the new in-house Calibre LFT MA01.01 ensures precision with a 45-hour power reserve, a 4Hz balance frequency, and flawless finishing.
The Tambour Taiko Spin Time marks the evolution of the patented 3D jumping hour Spin Time complication, first introduced in 2009. The new collection comprises six limited-edition models in 39.5mm and 42.5mm white gold cases, each featuring dolphin grey dials and meticulously crafted cushion-shaped cubes that enhance light reflection. Drawing inspiration from Japanese taiko drums, the redesigned Tambour Taiko case integrates lugs and showcases a harmonious blend of polished and satin-finished surfaces. Powered by a new family of in-house Spin Time movements, the timepieces offer automatic winding, a 45-hour power reserve, and a 4Hz balance frequency. Each calibre boasts a solid-gold rotor engraved with the LV motif and an upgraded, patented Maltese cross gear, allowing bidirectional time adjustment.
